Great packaging, horrible product.
I love the packaging. it's functional, space saving (everything I need to set and touch up my brows in one small package. cutting down on needing any extra tools beyond the pencil) and innovative. That is where the stars come from, because the product inside does NOTHING. it looks great at first, but has absolutely ZERO HOLD, as in your brows will move in a strong breeze, and look like you haven't touched them within minutes. My pencil also gets removed by it, so I tried filling in after the wax, and it won't show then either, which has never been an issue with my brow pencil. it reminded me why I don't purchase too faced, their packing is always amazing while the product is meh at best. I had hoped a change in ownership/management would have changed this, but it doesn't appear that way.

Stopped buying
I really loved this product, I’ve purchased it numerous times but it makes you lose your brow hair. My brow artist started telling me that my brows are balding and are very light. We finally realized it was this gel. I had to stop using jt . because
