Completely dry, did not even tint my lips because the product appeared dried out. Completely disappointing and what a loss for me as this was an expensive product

I’ve been using this a few weeks and it has not dried out. However, the felt-tip will not work well if you accidentally mixed other lip products with it. It was my fault so keep that in mind. The lip stain does last long and it’s pretty pink.
