not sure if this was an old product but was so dry it didn't leave any colour on my eyes

Big disappointment

The twisting up takes forever and cannot be retracted. The application is the farthest from creamy. It’s chalky, flaky, and it required the hardest pressure to get meager payoff. I swatched it on the back of my hand, and I instantly knew it was a return. I would never use so much pressure anywhere near my eye. I had such high hopes for this product, and I was totally let down. Unfortunately, it has changed my view of the brand toward the negative.
