Not gentle nor does it remove waterproof mascara

This product really stings the eyes, despite it being called gentle and I have the Clarins waterproof mascara and this doesn’t get it off. Unfortunately, I am not happy with this product and shan’t be buying it again.

Good eye makeup remover ,no irritation caused but not cheap .i have used it for years .
