The blue tint looks intimidating in the tube, but on the lips it goes on completely sheer with a beautiful icy shine. It gives that “glass lips” effect without feeling sticky. I also noticed a slight cooling sensation which feels really refreshing. Perfect on its own or layered over a nude lip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using the Sephora Collection Glossed Icy Shine Lip Gloss in Color: 04 Chilled - clear w/ blue shimmers. This lip gloss glides on so smooth leaving your lips hydrated with a subtle tingling, cool sensation. The wet glass like look is so sexy. There is a very subtle shimmer to it but you really have to look hard for it. Mostly its a high quality lip gloss that is simple yet sexy and makes your lips pop with its glass like shine. Don't expect a bold color but do expect a super hydrating lip gloss that makes your lips look amazing!!! "received as a part of an educational promotion."
