Fine product, disappointing packaging

The serum itself is serviceable... it sinks right in and plays well with other products. But please be careful with the lid! Mine was consistently loose and ended up leaking over half the contents into my travel bag during a trip. It was incredibly disappointing to lose that much product. Sephora, please fix this packaging.

Loose cap and watered down- new formula’s not good

Product formula has changed. It’s more watery than what it use to be. Also THE CAP IS ALWAYS LOOSE!!!! Pls fix this! You twist it and tighten and somehow it’s always loose. I lost more than half my product.
