Not Waterproof

Eyeliner looks good and mostly stays put once dry. There is some transfer on hooded eyes. It’s definitely not waterproof.

Not for me

I wanted to love this product so badly! The pigment is rich and dries quickly and i loved that the applicator was thin making it easy to apply, however, my eyes are ultra sensitive and the irritation was beyond what I could handle. I initially just thought my allergies were acting up causing my eyes to water but after I discontinued this product only my eyes were back to normal. I am so sad to have to search for another liquid liner.
