Shine from a mile away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love ELF for their innovation and making makeup and beauty affordable . However I wasn’t a big fan of this product on the face. It’s very shiny but in an aluminum foil way where I like my highlight to look like it’s coming from within. However I did use it on my chest and collarbone when I wore off the shoulder dress and loved it that way . But a great product if you like a more sparkly highlight
