it's all right it does its job but it's like it looks metallic sort of and I just don't like that so I gave it a three star stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no clue how to use a highlighter or why I need one but I love elf so I used this one and hope it made me glow in all the right places. Easy to use application and doesn’t feel heavy or caked on.
