Bring back the OG or lose a long-time customer

I tried the new reformulated product and I have gave it an honest go for the last 4 months, with dismal results. I hate the packaging, I hate the unsanitary brush and the heavy glass bottle- the tones are off, the product is thin, does not cover at all like it used to and is NOT waterproof or even water resistant. The texture even though it’s thinner doesn’t cover anywhere near as well and somehow still creases. They basically took every thing I loved about a holy grail product and flushed it down the toilet. Why would you change something when it was a product with nothing else like it on the market?! There are a million other products just like the new inferior one you have put out. Bring back the OG full coverage concealer in the squeeze tube or lost a lifelong customer. So disappointing - also do not reply about “building it up” or “setting it” I never had to do that before - LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CHANGE IT BACK

Big Disappointment

I miss the full coverage product which came in the tube, far superior to the new concealor. Not only is my old color not available but the texture and coverage are lacking. I had to move on to another line. Bring back the old product!
