Made my beautiful lashes look short!

I was looking for an everyday mascara that would make my eyelashes darker and natural looking. This mascara did absolutely nothing to give me that effect. My eyelashes are naturally long and somehow this mascara made them look shorter! It's also clumpy and flakes by the end of the day. I was hoping to find an alternative for the expensive dior show but this doesn't compare. Luckily I got it on sale but even with a 50% off discount it's not worth it.

this is a brown mascara. i have been on the hunt for maroon mascara and thought i found it. :( this is just brown.
