Maybe I’m in the minority. And I do believe that certain hair and skin products just don’t match everyone’s body chemistry, but I can’t even say this does nothing for my hair. My hair looks worse, it looks duller and feels drier. It’s almost like this product leaves a film on my hair. I’m a redhead, and we normally have coarse, thick hair. But this product just isn’t working for me. And now I’m stuck with it until I run out of it.

Different formula

The packaging and formula different than the old one, not as smoothing as the old one. So disappointed also not cheap so I think I will return
