does not clean the scalp

After trying out the shampoo and hair mask over the weekend, I do not like the results. I have an oily scalp with normal ends (not dry, not oily), but this combo made my scalp even more greasy and ends dry. My hair looked so bad, even my dad commented on it! I typically wash my hair every other day, but my hair was greasy in half the amount of time it normally is with this product. My scalp felt “clogged,” and although I didn’t have visible dandruff, if I ran my fingers through my hair I could pick off pieces of my scalp. I would not recommend this product if you have an oily scalp!

bottle cap is not a defect read my review

I love this shampoo and I love the conditioner and for anyone who said the bottle cap is defective I do believe what they are not seeing is there is a clear sticker over the hole that has to be removed first! I too thought it wasn't coming out properly but then realize there was a clear sticker on the hole to prevent leakage in shipping! This shampoo and conditioner made my hair silky smooth and soft! it also smells absolutely delicious!
