Proves my point that clean doesn’t equal good

I never write reviews, honestly. But this is a truly awful product. Recommended in store by a specialist that INSISTED I tried it. My hair is fairly damaged from hard water and heat so I wanted a product to help repair this. The selling point I was given were: it’s vegan (something I told her I didn’t care about), it has no “chemical” fragrance (I do love a good fragrance so I also don’t care for this), that is economical (I don’t care about price as long as it works) and it’s heat resistant. I asked about literally every other product and expressed my concerns, but she insisted this brand was the best. So I acquiesced to give it a go since she was so passionate about it, and got this product and a sample from their shampoo. It is not an understatement to say this is that single most awful thing I’ve tried so far. Vegan does not mean good. It smells AWFUL. Where is the “no chemical smell”? It smells like a combination of bug and all purpose spray. Left my hair DULL and crunchy… something that NEVER happens when I literally used “chemical” drug store products. My hair feels dirty and dry. Truly a disappointment. Not buying again.

the smell is THAT bad

The smell really is that bad. I liked the fine mist and the way it added some hydration to my hair, but the smell is god awful. I’m not normally bothered by the smell of my hair or makeup products but this is nasty.
