Bring back the previous lip balm please!

I received a sample of a lip balm from Clarins that I loved so I thought that was what I was purchasing when I bought this. Unfortunately the formula has changed drastically and this isn’t a patch of the previous product, the last one was amazing, nourishing and gave a lovely sheen. This however left my lips feeling extremely dry and uncomfortable after two or three uses. Clarins please bring back your previous lip balm!

Lip Balm

I have been using this product for years and the new formula dries my lips out and I’m constantly moisturising them. Please bring back the old formula ☹️
