I LOVE this toner! It’s a great alternative to some more expensive toners. The consistency is thinner than Rhode (also doesn’t have coconut like Rhode so it won’t break you out) and is thicker than Laniege so you can FEEL the long lasting hydration. Helped give my skin a smoother, more balanced texture immediately after application. Wears well under makeup too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an okay toner but honestly not my favorite. I have acne-prone skin that tends to need some extra moisture and hydration without being too heavy. Sephora Soothe Hydrating Milky Toner does a good job at hydrating my skin but has a bit of a strange smell- almost like glue? While using this toner my skin did feel smooth, without irritation and it didn't clog my pores but its not a toner I feel like I would reach for specifically. Overall its an okay product and would work well for those seeking a general/ simple type of toner. Product was received as a part of an educational promotion.
