BEST MILKY TONER EVER
So hydrating and amazing! Best milky toner ever I use this every day and it’s soooo good highly recommended it

A great budget toner. The consistency is thicker than normal milky toners and layers onto the face really well for the first step of hydration. I’ve had it for about 4 months and use it twice a day and the bottles still going.
