Is it only my eyeshadow palette?

I love this eyeshadow palette Even though I’m on the mature side these eyeshadow shiners don’t are me or go into my creases or wrinkles . Unfortunately after a week of trying them the eyeshadow itself started falling out . First was Oct 5th. Now 4 eyeshadows are gone ! These Lancôme shadows aren’t cheap ;( maybe I got bad palette for I want to try another one because I love the colors and textures !!

The case is very appealing
