[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] would definitely recommend this eyeliner! I love the black shade, and it glided on smoothly and stayed in place all day. It wasn’t itchy or irritating, and it looked great with my makeup. My only complaint is that the tip became dull quickly, so I had to use a gentle hand and carefully adjust the angle to get sharp, precise wings. Other than that, I really enjoyed using it!
