Nothing Special

This was my first and last Lancôme lip purchase. The lipstick has a nice creamy feel, but is too buttery and won’t stay put even with lipliner. The color 215 is subtle but doesn’t have gray undertones. The packaging looks outdated.

Order being cancelled

Irresponsible company with lousy service. After placing order on Black Friday, my order is just being cancelled a few days later. Should not put stock avail if no stock. Disappointing company with lousy service.
