Great Moisturizer - Refill Cartridge is Useless

I absolutely love the moisturizer itself, but buying the refill cartridge was a waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly, and no product came out. I looked up how to troubleshoot and tried to fix it, but still nothing. It was incredibly frustrating and made me wish I had just bought a replacement with the packaging included, which is a shame since I would love to have an eco-friendly option that actually works.

love love love this moisturizer!

It actually feels like my skin is healing after I've put it on. had a bad reaction to a different product that caused redness and irritation and I put this moisturizer on and it immediately soothed my skin. I have sensitive skin that is prone to clogging with heavy creams, and I choose this moisturizer as my nightly moisturizer.
