I’ve been using for about 5 years and it’s the only thing that’s been moisturizing enough for my dry skin. I use after serum morning and night and it’s fine year round for me. I’m surprised not everyone loves it but I guess that’s how unique each persons right routine or product is. For me, 10/10. The pump also works great for me I’ve never needed a new one, just bought refills.
