have to know when and how to use it

I want to make this clear. the product does work. you just have to know how and when to use it. I love it ans i didnt the dirst time i used it because i didn't conditionmy hair. if you have medium or coarse or chemically treated hair, even though it says do not condition, please wait the 4 minutes minimum and then condition your hair. also, less really is more with this product. if you have shorter fine hair I really would say start with 2 pumps, rub it between your hands until it turns white and get that product as evenly across your strands as possible. as for the when to use this, that's harder to know if youre not a professional so just use it every few weeks or so especially if you had a chemical treatment done because too much of anything can almost be worse sometimes.
