Even my mum loves it

I got this blush in a set and didn’t think it was all that but to my surprise it was a really nice blush it didn’t really suit my skin tone however my mum really liked it and she brought herself her own one

Possible formula change?

I've used this stick before when I was newer to makeup and loved it, but this time, it gave me an allergic reaction. I tested it 3 separate times to make sure it was this product, and sure enough, wherever I applied, it broke out in itchy, pimple like blisters, and has left my skin bumpy and tender. This hasn't happened to me before in the past, so I'm wondering if the formula changed. It's a shame because I like the color, but I also agree with others that it will rub off whatever base you have on if you apply it directly.
