Very bad

A day after the purchase, the pencil stopped working normally. I only managed to use it normally twice. For the next week, I had to suffer a lot to get at least some result from the application. And after the first week, it just became colorless. When applied to the lips, there is some kind of white mark, but not colored. I'm very fascinated. I had a similar pencil from another brand for two years.
