Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the shade and the formula applied smoothly. My problem was when I opened the product for the first time, I put it to my lip and the whole top of the pencil broke off. 😐 it was really disappointing to say the least, since I am a fan of urban decay and was excited to receive this as a promotion.
