Drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a deluxe sample of this and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, this left my lips feeling dry after it wore off. And for someone who already suffers from chapped lips, I don’t need a product making it worse. The color and tint were nice. I didn’t notice any plumping effect either. Would definitely not purchase.
