Damaged item

One lipstick has an issue. It did not open properly and I could not get it out as fast as the other one

I received the set after i ordered it online, but i found one damaged lip stick, i communicated a lot through emails and phone calls with the customer service, and they refused to exchange the damaged lip stick with another good one, and also they refused a refund. So, i paid 340 AED for only 1 lip stick because the other one is damaged (the lip stick isn’t popping up so u can’t use it) Customer service isn’t professional at all, and wants the customer to pay for a damaged product sent by delivery. So, now whenever you order online from Sephora, be sure that is the item is damaged, you will lose your money because they will refuse either to exchange it, or refund it.
