Great colors & wear, NOT plumping

I purchased this yesterday in two shades- love the colors. The formula is really nice, smooth and long wearing. Just a personal preference, I prefer a pencil lip liner. One star knocked for it NOT actually being plumping yet providing a tingling sensation I don't care for. Also, the charms are bulky but cute! Unecessaey, though!

Absolutely love!!

Love everything about it! Super creamy goes on smooth. Really cute. Not long lasting but doesn’t claim to be. Love the charms. I wish I could buy the charms by themselves.
