Not What I expected

I am a Nudestix fan - have purchased products before (in store). Would love to give it a try and review however too many issues in trying to receive the product (2 weeks that went unanswered). After 13 days, received the product only to find it was defective. The product was stuck to the lid and cannot get it out. For the price I paid, I should not have to scrape out product to use it.
