Old or expired?

I'm really disappointed with this product. It's been impossible to try to dispense it, so hard to squeeze anything out of the tube. Only a small amount of oily liquid came out. Finally I cut into the top corner and it was just all caked and dried inside. If this can happen to the product, there should be a "use-by" date printed on it. Sad that it was a completely wasted purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good product nice texture don't need much as it is really moisture rising on your skin little goes a long way skin feels super soft with this would recommend great for travel as well as every day if that's what you like either washing or cream cleanse on the face
