Been using this everyday for 2 years and let me tell you the difference is amazing. Much more even complection, reduced my fine lines and my hair GREW! My hair dresser was shocked and the only thing I changed was this. I noticed the difference after about 2 months. You have to be consistent though but that's easy as it's only 3 min a day.

Great for acne-prone skin

I had been wanting this mask for a long time and finally decided to purchase it. I’ve been using it for almost a year now and have been really happy with the results! I’ve noticed that it has helped fade the appearance of my acne scars and helps prevent breakouts. When I do get a blemish, I also find that it doesn’t seem to last as long when I’m consistently using the mask. My only complaints are that the straps aren’t very comfortable and sometimes don’t stay attached to the mask very well. The lights are also very bright around the eyes, so if you’re sensitive to bright light, you may find it a little irritating. Overall, though, I’m really glad I purchased it and have enjoyed using it consistently!
