Dries out too fast

For the price of this liner I will not be purchasing it again. It has good pigment but it does fade during the day. The felt too dries out way to soon. I had read this is in other reviews but decided to try for myself. I tried it and it’s a NO for me.

This is my absolute holy grail eyeliner! I recommend it to everyone who asks how I get my liner so sharp and long-lasting. Ever since I found it, I completely stopped using e.l.f. liquid liner and never looked back.
