Dispenser broke

The liner was ok. I used it primarily for my waterline with the hope that it would not smudge or transfer. I found mix results in that respect. Compared to my old clinique, it transferred more. I am giving it three stars instead of four because one month in the dispenser broke. The pencil is basically unusable now, which is really unfortunate.
