Meh, skip it
I have store brand highlighter from the other big retailer that performs better. Unless I plan to blend away everything else around it, I am always left with more product where I placed the initial dot. Brush, damp sponge immediately after application- doesn’t matter. sponge,

regret getting it
I’ve had this for a while now and the first time I got it i thought the color was pretty but it’s just really patchy and grips onto your other makeup products leading to me not using it anymore after only using it a couple times. I wouldn’t recommend this specific products
