Not that impressive

I’m just not THAT impressed. Took a long to “scratch” the top layer to get some pigment. It looks nice when applied but I wouldn’t repurchase this again. I love the packaging though.

Just purchased my 4th...I'm a ginger with cool tones and super fair skin and this works perfect for me. It does not oxidize, stays put and complements my sin tone perfectly. My only complaint is that they do not make a refill pan.
