I'm embarrassed

I have had this product for a week. Bought it on the 19th, used it for the first time on the 20th. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I saw some dark spots that looked like my underarms had been burned. This morning my underarms are completely black. I cried. I've worked for years to clear up the darkening of my underarms and it all fell apart in a week. I'm now too embarrassed to wear sleeveless tops and it's summer in Texas. I should've stuck with Necessaire despite the cost and how often I have to buy it. I still love the scent. Now I need products to quickly clear my underarms.
