I have thick, dry, low porosity, 3b/c curls and I wash my hair 1x/week (which leaves me with a lot of product build up on wash day). This shampoo is very clarifying and I like to use it as my second cleanse (after doing an oil cleanse/massage on my scalp). I do need to use a decent amount each time and it doesn't lather which is sad, but it does a nice job of deep cleansing. It does tingle a bit when on, it smells quite minty and it washes out easily. I will say, it does leave my scalp feeling a bit dry, so I use a moisturizing shampoo after as a final cleanse.

A must have in my routine

Best on the market — gentle yet truly effective. My scalp used to be terrible: dry, itchy, with constant dandruff. Since I started using this, everything has improved dramatically. It’s one of those products I repurchase again and again.
