Flakes off during the day

Was hopeful after reading positive reviews , but after about 1-2 hours of wear it dries up and flakes off. I’ve tried using minimal amounts and this still happens unfortunately. It is unusable.

Absolutely love this brow gel it has quite a strong hold and doesn’t create brow dandruff.
