Scented Product

I typically love Tarte products as they are clean and also vegan (slay). This one I only gave 3 stars which I hatee doing because of how much I enjoy this brand. I lean towards them specifically because I have such sensitive skin and I've never had any issues with their products in the past. I've recently started wearing makeup again and grabbed their shape tape concealer in 16N. I've worn it twice and it works very well on my skin and has not irritated it at all. The first time I wore it I noticed a smell but I had also tried a ton of other new products and wasn't sure what it was and didn't look into it because I didn't really notice it long term. The second time it triggered a migraine so I went through all my new products and this was the culprit. I looked at the ingredients which is my bad that I hadn't already done, but there is definitely perfume in it, as well as a few other scented oils and such. Coming from a clean brand this honestly surprised me, especially because perfumes on skin can be drying and irritating in general. Overall the formula is amazing but putting scents in a clean brand is wild to me. I hope they make it without the scents some day as I would definitely buy it but until then I am a little stuck

Instant glow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Shape Tape for years, when the creamy version came out I had to give it a try and I was glad to have done so. It provides easy application and coverage just enough without feeling heavy.
