I have seborrheic dermatitis, which means my scalp is almost always angry and has lots of scabs. This is my go to winter shampoo. I have to use Nizoral a couple times a week, but this is the only shampoo I've found that calms my scalp and keeps it moisturized. I have long fine hair so I don't use this in the summer as it gets oily fast, but as soon as the weather gets colder, this is heaven sent. The bottle is quite small but a little goes a long way.
