one of the worst lotions i’ve tried

This product does NOT rub in like a normal lotion. It just sits on top of the skin and makes you feel wet even if you were previously dry. And I don’t mean moisturized, I mean WET, like damp. Even after it disappears it will still become white again if it is disturbed. I/ the oddest thing. And after all that work it doesn’t even moisturize.
