Gave me SO MUCH acne

I bought this for 175SAR, so 47USD, just for it to give me THE WORST acne OF MY LIFE, i literally didnt wear it once without it giving me multiple pimples, and i know its this product because the acne is everywhere I put this specific product, add to that that its shiny (??), how is it supposed to give a contouring effect when it literally reflects the light??? You absolutely cannot contour nose with this product because it will look horrendous. if I could give less than a star i wouldve.
