Definitely lengthens and holds a decent curl, but give very little volume

I like this reformulation. it's both lengthening and thickening in equal measures which I appreciate, and most importantly it doesn't smudge under my watery left eye like the original formula (and like Tower 28 and Ilia's mascaras do) and it removes easily when I press a warm wet washcloth over my eyes at night. The only negative is he hourglass bush shape. this isnt useful to me and makes application more difficult and sort of prevents my eyelashes from getting curved/ curled with application. I prefer the old school straight/ curved bristle brush. That can't be beat.
