Moisturizing Matte

A great matte option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product from Valentino Beauty in exchange for an honest review. The packaging is so luxurious and high quality! I typically don’t prefer matte formulas but this one was still moisturizing and looked nice on the lips!
