Strange texture upon application

The texture of this tinted moisturizer is so awful that it's basically unusable. It has this weird foamy texture that I've never experienced before in a product.

I like the glow

I really liked that this had a more wet look, my skin is old and dry, a little glisten is helpful and it’s something I can easily put on and go, I am no makeup artist
