Disappointed

I used to use this product and enjoyed it a few years ago. Bought it again last week and it is stinging and burning my face! It also smells like tea tree oil or something similar? I can’t use it as my face is very close to my baby’s face all day every day and if it’s burning me imagine what it might do to his sensitive skin if it were to transfer.

Hi Kiehls, I have been using Keihls (toner, moist, retinol, vitamin c, face oil) for a while and I just tried this product for 2 nights but the feeling is like it burnt my cheeks, leaving redness, I double check the reviews and look like I am not alone. Could you please do something? Thanks
