Stays on, easy to remove, and gently with eyes

This eye pencil is the best pencil I have used. It stays on, and is easy to remove with Neutrogena make up remover. I have very sensitive eyes and this pencil has been like a bliss as it allows me to use it without compromising itchy or burning.
