Worst Eyeliner I ever try…

I love the colour that’s why I buy it was exactly what I was looking for but I use it 3 times in a couple months and they dry out … I got angry since I never had one eyeliner dry that fast I use to have a NARS for years and never dried… Pass a year and then I saw the the shade again and then I decide to give it a second chance so I pinchase again while I was going to use it was dry so I return it …. … if I could give 0 stars I will do that but not so I give it 1

Formula changed

why did you change the formula?? :( it doesn’t work on waterline anymore. Please bring back old formula, it was perfect 🥺
