Refill doesn’t fit in gratitude container :(

So I absolutely loooove this moisturizer. There’s nothing wrong with the product itself. My only issue is that I bought the gratitude size over a year ago under the impression that I could just plop a refill in at any time. Well the gratitude size technically fits the refill but the cap won’t screw on. So I manually had to dump the contents in but it was really messy and it felt like it got everywhere and I lost some product in the process. I just feel like it wasn’t advertised the best and I’m upset I lost some product, especially considering how expensive it is.

great experience, just a little pricey

I actually really enjoyed this. I have dry dehydrated skin and a thin layer is great in the winter. I'd say it's not life changing though. there are less expensive alternatives that I'd be just as happy with.
