Great foundation

The Shade: 10N Ace
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with a very fair complexion, 10N Ace is a decent match in terms of depth. It is a true neutral—it doesn’t lean too pink or too yellow. However, like many Benefit base products, it has a slight tendency to oxidize (darken) about half a shade once it sets. If you are between shades, I would recommend going with the lighter option to account for that shift. The "Porefessional" DNA is definitely present here. The texture is lightweight and creamy, feeling almost like a silicone-based primer in liquid form. It feels weightless on the skin and doesn’t have that heavy, "mask-like" sensation. However, because it contains Niacinamide, it can feel a bit tingly or drying if your skin barrier is already compromised. If you have dry patches, this foundation will find them and cling to them, so prep is essential. This is where the foundation lost points for me. While it claims 24-hour wear, it started to break up around my nose and chin after about 5–6 hours. The packaging is classic Benefit: cute, quirky, and functional. It comes in a custom-molded bottle that feels sturdy.
