Did not like, will be returning…

I have a simple skincare routine. cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer. And sunscreen in the morning . When I switched over to this hydrating serum my skin was burning it felt hot, I got red blotches or like rashes on my face that went away in like 15 minutes? I did not like it. If anything I noticed I was breaking out more, so I will be returning.
